Molly Davis, a dedicated movement professional and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2015, is proud to announce her recent achievement of Stott Pilates Certification in Mat-work, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels Level 1. This milestone underscores Molly’s commitment to expanding her expertise and delivering a comprehensive, high-quality experience to her clients.

Stott Pilates is a globally recognized and highly respected method in the fitness and wellness industry. Known for its focus on restoring the natural curves of the spine and rebalancing the muscles around the joints, the Stott method emphasizes mindful movement and biomechanical precision. Molly’s certification in Level 1 across multiple apparatus ensures that she is well-equipped to guide clients at all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, in achieving their personal fitness and wellness goals.
